Our commitment is to provide you with premium hairstyling tools that meet your expectations. Below, you will find our comprehensive warranty and return policy to ensure a smooth experience.


    Warranty Policy

    All Nasmati Care tools purchased through our official website are covered against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. To process any warranty claims, please provide the following:

    • Proof of Purchase: Original proof of purchase or itemized documentation.
    • Video Demonstration: A clear video showing the defect or malfunction.

    Upon receiving your video, a certified Nasmati Care technician will assess whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, we will ship you a replacement product at no extra cost, and you may dispose of the defective item.

    Warranty coverage applies exclusively to manufacturer defects and does not cover:

    • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the instructions provided.
    • Damage caused by improper voltage supply, dropping the device, or tampering (including any repair attempts).

     

    Storage Instructions

    Please ensure the product is stored properly. If not used for more than 3 months, kindly recharge it before usage. To maintain optimal condition, store the device in a location away from the ground, walls, or ceiling.

     

    Power Supply Check

    Before using the device, verify the power supply. The product is designed for a DC 5V and 2A input.

    Do not operate the product if the voltage exceeds this range.

    Do not charge more than 4 hours and do not charge overnight.

    Do not use it while it's charged.

    Product Guarantee

    In the event of any abnormal functioning, the product may be returned or exchanged through the original purchasing platform, provided you have the warranty card or purchase invoice. This must be done within 7 days from the purchase date.

     

    What is not covered by our Warranty

     

  • Accidental Damage
  • USB Port Damaged. Consideration will be on a case by case basis.
  • Damage as a result of use not in accordance with electrical instructions or use with the incorrect charger rating.
  • Normal wear and tear (including damaged USB ports)
  • Negligent use
  • Use not in accordance with the operating instructions. 
  • The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from improper usage, such as providing incorrect voltage or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, any damages due to accidents or misuse by the customer are also not covered.
  • We do not cover damages due to improper use, storage, maintenance by customers, unauthorized disassembly, or damage from force majeure.
