Pre-Order Policy

1. Pre-Order Items

Some Nasmati products may be available for pre-order when they are temporarily out of stock or awaiting new inventory. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product before it becomes available.

2. Payment

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.

3. Estimated Shipping Date

The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page or order confirmation email.
Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, or logistics factors.

4. Shipping Delays

In rare situations, delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs clearance, or global shipping conditions. Nasmati will always do its best to ship orders as close as possible to the estimated shipping date.

Should an item or items not be shipped within 14 days after the original estimated shipment date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original method of payment.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 7 days of placing your pre-order. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

6. Refunds

If Nasmati is unable to fulfill your pre-order within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. All other non-pre-order purchased products are eligible for store credit only.
