Questions
Who can place a bulk order?
Anyone. Salons, companies, event planners, resellers and individuals buying gifts all qualify. There is no licence or account needed for the automatic 5+ tier.
How do the tiers work?
5–9 items takes 15% off automatically at checkout. 10–24 items is 20% — request it below and we send a code the same working day. For 25 or more we quote individually.
Can I mix different products?
Yes. The tier is based on the total number of items in your basket, not the quantity of any one product.
Can I combine bulk pricing with a discount code?
No. Bulk pricing already reflects the best rate we can offer, so it does not stack with other codes or promotions.
How is delivery handled?
Standard delivery applies, and free shipping thresholds still count. For larger orders we consolidate into one shipment to a single address.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
For orders of 25 items or more, yes. Mention it in your request and we will arrange it.
Can I return a bulk order?
Our standard return and one-year warranty terms apply to every item. Faulty items are replaced free of charge; see our refund policy for shipping on warranty claims.
Can I resell Nasmati products?
Yes. If you plan to resell regularly, our trade programme is usually a better fit than repeat bulk orders.
